Sen.
Marco Rubio (R-Florida), criticizing President Barack Obama
for shaking hands with the Cuban leader. Rubio is the son of Cuban immigrants
and was part of the Senate effort to overhaul immigration policies in the
United States, but has since backed away from the bipartisan reform packaged
developed in early 2013 and later passed by the Senate. The House refuses to
consider the Senate bipartisan bill.
