Commission wants Craig to return the $217,000 he spent on the case and pay a
fine of $6,500. Craig was nabbed in a police sting operation and allegedly
solicited sex using toe-tapping signals. Craig said he wasn't
soliciting sex and just had a "wide stance" while using the
toilet.
