"Yes, it is true, I campaigned for president JUST LAST YEAR
as the guy who would cut the budget of whatever federal departments I could
remember the name of, but fuck all, now Texas has a problem and I want the feds to help us

ability to provide money when disasters happen... Maybe the federal gov'ment
