"Out here in Ohio, abstinence is the only certain way
to avoid pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases, and we will fine ANY
teacher who teaches otherwise $5,000., And we'll have no teaching of gateway
sexual activities, either, like masturbation, holding hands, or sharing a cold,
hard popsicle. And we're cutting all funding to Planned Parenthood. We are a
very progressive state."
Ohio State Rep. Lynn Wachtmann (R), who apparently is still waiting to have his first gateway sexual activity.
