against the bible!”
Rep.
Stephen Fincher (R-Tennessee), who this week voted to
dramatically cut the federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistant Program for the
poor while receiving $3.5 million in farm subsidies since 1999 as part of the
same legislation that funds SNAP benefits. Fincher, incidentally, is also a
gospel singer.
