Snowden withdrew his petition for political asylum. I think he would have made
good Russian. I think he is a pussy boy who doesn't know joke when he hears one. We were only kidding when we told him that if he was given political refugee status, he would have to stop leaking documents about United States
or we would cut off his hands. We wouldn’t do that. Cutting them off would be
kindness compared to breaking them in 194 places and then allowing gangrene to
set it before cutting them off. Now that would be Russian punishment. Ho ho
ho.”
