Pennsylvania Attorney General
Kathleen Kane, who
supports same-sex marriage and announced this week she will not defend the state’s same sex marriage ban
because she believes recent Supreme Court rulings have rendered it
unconstitutional. Gov. Tom Corbett (R), who opposes same sex marriage and basically
anything pleasant, could still opt to hire a private firm to represent the
state in public challenges to the law.
Secret Kane fact: Kane appears consistently to have a bad case of "bed head."
