Wasserman Schultz (D-Florida), chair of the Democratic National
Committee, commenting on Huckabee’s assertion that Democrats have no faith in women
controlling their libidos and want them enslaved to birth control pills. Real
women, he suggested, don’t need birth control—they just don’t engage in sex, particularly
not with men who share Huckabee’s views.
