Overheard in Texas:

Rick Perry

"Rick, what the fuck are you doing in Texas speaking out about abortion?"

"I'm just lending my support, Gov. Perry."
Rick Santorum, former senator from Pennsylvania, America's favorite Roman Catholic, founding member of the National He-Man Homo-Haters Club,  and now the head of a Christian movie studio. Santorum is a possible presidential candidate for 2016.

"The fuck you are. You are attempting to steal my thunder. I just pushed the most vile, anti-woman, abortion ban legislation in history through the Texas House and Senate and you are trying to use it for your own purposes."
Gov. Perry

"Excuse me? Steal? I'm far too moral a man to steal anything."

Rick Perry

"No, you are not. You know damn well that I am the only person who can challenge your lovefest with the ultra conservative base of the GOP, and you know just what affect this new Texas abortion ban will have on that base, and you are attempting to divert it to you just because you speak prettier than I do."
Gov. Perry

"Why would I do that? I certainly don't need to do such a thing. I'm Rick Santorum, forfuck's sake. I make headlines when I fart. Give me three reasons why I would do what you're saying?"
Santorum

Rick Perry

"OK. That's easy.  One: because the whole country is focusing on ME and what's happening here in Texas. Two: You are a slimy piece of shit who would trip an MS patient if it would get you ahead; and Three: Uhm... Three!"

"Right."

"Why don't you just go home to Pennsylvania and get the hell out of my state?"

"I like Texas. I have a job here now. It's a nice state. Maybe I'll run for governor some day. I hear the office will be open soon."

"Wow. I really didn't like you much during the 2012 primaries. Now I hate you. I guess some would call that progress?"
Gov. Perry
