"Uhm.... Sen. Sessions? If we do that, how many actual citizens would qualify to be ... citizens? How many families in the United States, citizens or not, have that level of income? I know a helluva lot of people who get by on less than a third of that. None of my pals are that well off, except maybe the members of Congress I know."
