own bill, and then we will go through the normal procedure of reconciliation to
create a compromise. And don’t bother asking me why we didn’t start this
process months ago, if that is what we planned to do, when we knew the Senate
planned to pass their own bill, because that ain’t none of your goddam
business. We have been busy, you know. Being a bunch of dicks is a demanding
role to play. So all of you out there can go back to what you were doing
