"What in the hell does the federal court mean when it says racial profiling is unconstitutional? What the hell are you supposed to do when you see wetbacks? Offer them a Coke? No sir, you do not. What you do is you arrest those sum'bitches because they probably is here illegal-like."

Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who has pledged to appeal a federal court ruling that his officers engaged in unconstitutional racial profiling in conducting "stop and frisk" searches on anyone who is not Caucasian, including President Obama, were he ever dumb enough to visit Arpaio's county.
