Rep. Scott Perry (R-Pennsylvania), responding to
a Hanover, Pa., constituent who asked if the congressman supported the
impeachment of President Barack Obama because some mentally ill citizens
believe he has exceeded his presidential powers and more importantly, has black
skin. In the past, the ultra-conservative TEA bagger Perry has said he does not support
impeachment.
*(Yeah, he really said it.)
