of Defense Charles ‘Chuck’ Hagel,
following reports that senior sailors in the nuclear Navy had engaged in widespread
cheating on certification tests. The reports followed on the heals of a similar
cheating scandal in the Air Force. And that does not even begin to address the
issue of sexual assault among military personnel.
