Kentucky’s representatives and senators in Congress may well be the biggest
bunch of conservative dickheads ever known to man, but not all of us here in
Kentucky are morons. Yes, we supported Obamacare here, and we built the most
successful state health care exchange in the nation. Funny, isn’t it? When you
go along with a program that WILL improve the lives of your citizens, instead
of blocking it at every possible juncture, you end up with a great system. Huh?
Who the fuck knew? Government CAN
work for the people! Why’d we do it? We’re fucking poor here, unless no one has
been keeping track and rank at the bottom in overall health. The way to fix some
of that is to have better health coverage.
Our citizens love it. The prices are great. We have a shitload of
enrollees. What more can I say? Kentucky rocks!”
